Focused on the FUNdamentals.

Open to beginners and experienced wrestlers, our Little Leafs program prioritizes the FUNdamentals of the sport and building physical literacy. The overall aim of the program is to ignite a joy for contact sports and a robust physical base, so young athletes can find success and feel confident on the mat, pitch, court, or any other field of play.

Through a series of games, drills, and practice competitions, wrestlers will develop safe technical skills, basic tactical skills and learn competitive strategies that will benefit them throughout their career.

Program Details

AGES: 6-11 Years

COST: $125 (Free Trial Available Oct 3 & 17)

DAY/TIME: Saturdays at 10:00am from October 24 to December 19, 2026

LOCATION: SFU Wrestling Room - 8888 University Drive, Burnaby, BC

ADDITIONAL INFO: BC Wrestling Association (BCWA) Membership is required to participate. Memberships are valid from September 1st to August 31st. Registration can be completed through BCWA: BC Membership Registration‍ ‍
